Do I need an internet connection for alarms to work?
No. Sunvior is designed to work completely offline. Your alarm schedules and daily affirmations are stored locally on your device, so scheduled alarms can ring without an internet connection.
Why didn't my alarm or reminder notification make sound?
Sunvior uses reliable system alarms designed to sound even when your phone is locked, muted, focused, or the app is closed. If your alarm did not sound, please verify that you have enabled Critical Alerts and notifications for Sunvior in your iOS Settings, and ensure the volume is turned up.
Is my personal data private?
Absolutely. We don't require you to create an account, and all of your data stays on your device. We have no servers to store your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
