1. Introduction

At Sunvior ("we", "our", or "us"), we believe that your mornings should be peaceful, and your data should be private. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Sunvior mobile application (the "App") or visit sunvior.com (the "Website").

2. App Data Collection & Storage

The App does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data.

Sunvior is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not have servers that store your personal information. The following stays on your iPhone:

• Your alarms, their messages, and their schedules.
• Affirmations you write, your favorites, and affirmations you hide.
• Your morning streak and the intentions you set.
• Your settings, such as your reading voice, alarm sound, and widget theme.
• Affirmation cards you create, until you choose to share or save them.

Alarms are scheduled locally through Apple’s AlarmKit and, if you have not allowed Alarm access, through local notifications. Neither sends your alarm information to us.

3. Microphone and Voice Recordings

Sunvior asks for microphone access only if you choose to record your own voice for a voice alarm. Your recording is saved on your iPhone, inside the App’s private storage, so it can play as your alarm sound. It is never uploaded or shared with us, and you can delete it at any time in Settings › Record My Voice.

4. Read Aloud and Personal Voice

When Sunvior reads an affirmation aloud, it uses the speech voices built into iOS, and speech is generated on your device. If you allow Sunvior to use your Personal Voice, iOS speaks with it on your device; Sunvior never receives, stores, or transmits your Personal Voice. You can turn off this access at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Widgets

To show today’s affirmation, your streak, and your intention in the Sunvior widget, the App shares that information with its widget through storage on your iPhone. It does not leave your device.

6. In-App Purchases

Sunvior Premium is purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never receive your name, payment details, or Apple ID. The App checks with Apple on your device to confirm whether Premium is unlocked.

7. Sharing Cards

When you share an affirmation card, it is sent through the standard iOS share sheet to the app and recipient you choose. We do not see what you share or who you share it with.

8. Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 on the Website to understand how visitors use it and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, interactions with the Website, referring source, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This information is used in aggregated reports and is not used by us to identify you personally.

9. App Analytics and Crash Reports

We do not integrate third-party tracking or analytics SDKs into the App. If the App crashes, we may receive anonymous crash reports directly through Apple's standard opt-in crash reporting service, provided you have explicitly agreed to share this data with developers in your iOS device settings. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to fix bugs and improve the App's stability.

10. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share App data with third parties. Website analytics data is processed by Google Analytics as described above.

11. Children's Privacy

Sunvior does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. The App is safe for all ages, but if you are a parent or guardian and believe we might have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
